Terms and Conditions

By booking a Miradelle Retreat, you agree to the following terms:

  • Reservation and payment: Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. If a payment plan is offered, you agree to make payments on the schedule selected.

  • What is included: Inclusions are listed on the retreat page and in your confirmation materials. Any items not listed are not included.

  • Travel: Guests are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own travel unless otherwise stated in writing. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

  • Schedule changes: The itinerary is a sample and may adjust due to weather, seasonal availability, venue considerations, or the overall guest experience. We will maintain the spirit and quality of the retreat.

  • Health and participation: You are responsible for assessing your ability to participate in retreat activities and for sharing any allergies, restrictions, or accommodation needs in advance.

  • Behavior and safety: We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates the Code of Conduct. Removal does not result in a refund.

  • Media and communications: Your media choices are respected per the Photo and Video Release section. You may receive retreat related communications by email and text if you opt in.

  • Force majeure: If circumstances outside our control impact the retreat, we will communicate options as fairly as possible, which may include rescheduling or offering credit.

  • Agreement completion: After payment is received, you will receive a longer guest form and the retreat agreement to complete.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Miradelle retreats involve significant upfront planning and non recoverable costs.

  • No refunds: All payments are non refundable for any reason, including illness, travel delays, weather, scheduling conflicts, or early departure.

Transfer option: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

The new guest must complete all required forms and agreements before the transfer is finalized.

Transfers are subject to host approval to protect the retreat experience and group fit.

  •  Any price difference, added fees, or upgrades requested by the new guest are their responsibility.

  • Travel insurance recommended: We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers illness, emergencies, and travel interruptions.

  • Why this policy exists: Our venues and vendors require commitments in advance, so we cannot offer refunds, but we are happy to support a transfer if plans change.

  • Voluntary participation: You are voluntarily participating and understand that activities may include movement sessions, walking or hiking, transportation, outdoor experiences, food and beverage experiences, and group sessions.
